    Pre-K program for children with disabilities in Northwest Indiana

            Winter Enrollment for

        Children with Disabilities in Pre-K program
     
     
    Center for Possibilities is currently accepting applications for enrollment in the Pre-
     
    Kindergarten Program for children age 4-5 with developmental disabilities.  The mission
     
    of Center for Possibilities at Cerebral Palsy of NWI, Inc. is to improve the
     
    quality of life for young children and adults with developmental disabilities and
     
    their families.  The Pre-Kindergarten Program focuses on kindergarten preparation and
     
    developing skills for pre-writing, pre-reading and counting skills.  Children with
     
    moderate to severe disabilities (not limited to Cerebral Palsy ) are strong encouraged to
     
    apply.  Each student enrolled in the program receives Physical, Occupational and
     
    Speech Therapy to develop skills to function to the best of their ability in the areas of
     
    gross motor, fine motor and communication skills. The Pre-Kindergarten program
     
    operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 1:45 pm.  A hot nutritious lunch and
     
    snacks are provided.  Limited spots are available and are filled on a first come, first
     
    served basis. Center for Possibilities is a not-for-profit center that is licensed by the State
